Heather has over 30 years of expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, and change management. She started her leadership journey as an organizational development expert, eventually holding senior level and C-suite positions in Human Resources. Along the way, she has expanded her expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and coaching through a master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Executive Coaching. She is also a Prosci certified change practitioner.
