About Heather

Heather Kennedy has spent 30+ years in the rooms where organizations figure out how to change, grow, and get out of their own way — and she's rarely been bored.

Her career spans industries most consultants only read about: healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, human services, insurance, and higher education. She's held senior HR and C-suite roles, served as an embedded consultant inside organizations navigating everything from ERP go-lives to CEO transitions, and built change and leadership programs that have moved needle metrics in organizations from a $38B financial services firm to a 500-person nonprofit.

Heather holds a master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Executive Coaching, Prosci® certification in change management, and an AI for Leaders certification — because understanding how work is changing is part of the job. She brings the analytical rigor of an organizational psychologist, the pragmatism of someone who has actually held the roles she's consulting to, and enough scar tissue to know that the real obstacles are rarely the ones on the project plan.

Her clients tend to be mid- and senior-level leaders who are smart, capable, and navigating something genuinely hard — whether that's a leader trying to bring their team through a major transition, a team that needs to get unstuck, or an executive working through what it actually means to lead at the next level.
